Caljan A/S was founded in 1963 by two creative engineers:
Kaj Calundan and Svend Jansen. From their headquarters on the outskirts of Aarhus, Denmark they designed and produced some of the world’s best material handling systems for loading and unloading cargo. At the moment Caljan Rite-Hite is a Europe’s leading telescopic conveyor manufacturer.

During the last 40 years, Caljan Rite-Hite has become firmly established as market leader designing, manufacturing and installing loading and unloading solutions in parcel distribution centres, warehouses and storage facilities throughout the world. Their product programme comprises telescopic belt and roller conveyors, belt curves, data capture equipment and dock equipment such as vehicle restraints.
